Solution:

Ensure the API key used is correct, or generate a new one↗.

Permission denied

Cause:

Your API key does not have permission to use the specified model.

Solution:

Make sure you have correct permission in Settings↗.

Error:

Rate limit reached

Cause:

Your account has hit a rate limit.

Solution:

Pace your requests. See Rate limits↗.

Error:

Quota exceeded

Cause:

You have run out of credits.

Solution:

Please go to Plans & Billing↗ to upgrade or purchase credits.

Cause:

An unexpected error has occurred internal to Anthropic’s systems.

Solution:
